Eva del Carmen Medina Amezcua

Is recognized throughout Mexico and Latin America as the foremost interpreter of the piano music of Mexican composer Manuel M. Ponce (1882-1948). Professor Medina received Ponce´s pianistic legacy from non other than Maestro Carlos Vazquez, recognized throughout Mexico as Ponce´s "spiritual" son by virtue of his close association and extensive work with this late Romantic Mexican composer.
A graduate of the "Escuela Nacional de Música", UNAM, in Mexico City, Mexico, Professor Medina has toured her native country extensively as recitalist and has devoted her performing and teaching career to divulging the piano works of Manuel M. Ponce.

Additionally, she has also studied with such distinguished artists as Gyorgy Sandor and Klaus Schilde, among others. Eva del Carmen Medina Amezcua, in addittion to performing, is also professor of piano at the "Escuela Nacional de Musica" in Mexico City.



Lev Migachoff

He was born in Cheliabinsk, Rusia, and began to study music at the age of 7 at the San Petersburg Conservatory, where he was conductor of the chamber orchestra and was teaching counterbass, also studied with Professor Segei Akopov.

From 1992 to 2000 was member of the  "Orquesta Filarmónica de Querétaro". In 1997, he founded "La Pequeña Camerata de LM", participating in the Fifht Festival of Ancient Baroque Music "Los Fundadores" in San Luis Potosí, performing on a number of stages North and South of Mexico, such as the "Teatro de la República" in Querétaro, the "Carlos Chávez" Concert Hall in the UNAM as well as the National Auditorium in Mexico City. Work includes many CD albums, among them: "Barroco en Querétaro", "Música Barroca", "Música Popular Mexicana Vol 1, ediciones 1 y 2" and "Música Popular desde México".




Lilia Vargas Aguayo

She was born in Mexico City, Mexico, and began to study piano at the age of 5, and violin at the "Conservatorio Nacional de Música", she has also studied with such distinguished artists as Aarón Bitrán (Cuarteto Latinoamericano) and Icilio Bredo. She was member of the "Orquesta Filarmónica de la UNAM (OFUNAM)" and  other important orchestras, such as, "Orquesta de Cámara del Conservatorio Nacional de Música, "Orquesta de Solistas de México", and "Orquesta del Instituto Italiano de Cultura".

In 1983-1992 Professor Vargas founded the  "Grupo de Cámara de La Universidad La Salle" in Mexico City and she also founded the "Grupo Mezzoforte", is also professor of violin at the "Conservatorio Nacional de Música" in Mexico City.





Leonard Anderson

Leonard Anderson
Len Anderson was born in Charleroi, PA., he studied at UCLA with Clarence Sawhill, Kelly James, Gary Gray, and Mitchell Laurie. Len  performed in the UCLA Bands and orchestras and spent one summer in Aspen, Colorado with Juillard Summer Music Program. There he studied under George Meister, Darius Meihauld, Mele Meta and Frederick Fennell. Len earned his BA in Music and taught music in his home town at San Bernardino High School and his MA, Ed.D and Ph.D degrees and became a school administrator where he served as principal and principal/superintendent until 2000.  Len has performed with such great recording artists as Charo, The Fifth Dimension, Debbie Boone, John Davison, Boby Rydell, Des O'Conner, and numerous others. Len plays classical as well as big band swing and jazz music, and records SAX QUARTETS, playing all parts himself... being THE ONE MAN SAX QUARTET. 




Jose Alberto Barrera Moreno
Jose Alberto Barrera Moreno
Jose Alberto Barrera was born in Tabasco (1977), Mexico, he studied Bassoon at "Facultad de Musica de la Universidad Veracruzana". Jose Alberto performed in the "Orquesta de Camara de Xalapa" at Veracruz-Mexico, "Orquesta Bilbao Philarmonia" at Theater of "Arriaga de Bilbao" and "Palacio de Festividades de Cantabria", Santander-Spain.
He is member of "Orquesta Sinfonica Juvenil del Estado de Veracruz (OSJEV)" and also performed in "Festival Internacional Cervantino", "Festival Ceiba", "Duo Barrera-Olechowski" and "Orquesta de Camara Amadeus".





Kata G. Marek
Kata G. Marek was born in Budapest (February 27th), Hungary, she studied at "Liszt Ferenec Zenemüvészeti Fóiskola". She is professor of bassoon and director of oboe, flute, saxophone, clarinet and bassoon in Szent István Zenemüvészeti Szakközépiskola at Hungary and also is conductor of orchestra "Ormányos Falka".
